This refund policy applies to all orders placed on the website weareyunny.com, operated by the company ECOM INDUSTRI.

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

As the products sold are food supplements, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

• opened,

• unsealed,

• partially or totally consumed,

for reasons of hygiene and health protection, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

Independent of the legal right of withdrawal, ECOM INDUSTRI offers a voluntary commercial guarantee, allowing the customer to test the product under controlled conditions.

The customer may benefit from a refund subject to cumulative compliance with the following conditions:

• The refund request must be made within fourteen (14) days following the order's shipping date;

• The customer must not have consumed more than 10 sachets;

• The returned box must contain a minimum of 20 unopened sachets;

• The product must be returned in its original packaging;

• A refund request form must be completed by the customer before any return.

To be eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal or the commercial guarantee, the customer must strictly follow the procedure below:

1. Fill out the refund form available on the website or upon request via email;

2. Await validation of the request by customer service;

3. Return the product to the address provided by customer service.

Any return made without prior request or outside the deadline cannot be accepted.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to ECOM INDUSTRI (defective product or order error).

After receipt and verification of the returned product:

• The refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days;

• The refund will be made via the payment method used during the order;

• Initial delivery costs are not refunded, unless legally required otherwise.

No refund will be granted if:

• the 14-day period is exceeded;

• more than 10 sachets have been consumed;

• the returned box contains fewer than 20 sachets;

• the product is damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant;

• the refund procedure has not been followed.
